Help with an order
Orders are prepared and fulfilled by the restaurant you ordered from. For questions about food, wait times, changes, or refunds, contact the restaurant directly — their details are on your order confirmation. If you can't reach them, or you believe you were charged incorrectly, email us with the order ID and we will help investigate.
Payments and billing
Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. Charges from TablioQR subscriptions appear on your statement as TablioQR or RecapBook LLC. For subscription changes, invoices, or refunds of platform fees, email [email protected].
