Connecting your POS (Square, Toast, Lightspeed, Clover)

Keep your POS as the single source of truth — orders inject straight into it.

TablioQR keeps your point-of-sale system in control. Guest orders placed through your QR menu are injected into your POS with line items, totals, and an order reference, so your kitchen sees them like any other ticket.

  • Square: connect during onboarding; live catalog sync and paid-order injection with per-branch location mapping.
  • Toast, Lightspeed, and Clover: supported for order injection.

Your menu, prices, and reporting stay anchored in your POS. If the POS is briefly unreachable, the guest order still completes and the sync is retried.
