Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope
This policy covers subscriptions to the TablioQR platform sold by RecapBook LLC, doing business as TablioQR, to restaurant operators. It is part of our Terms of Service. Refunds for food and beverage orders are the responsibility of the restaurant that fulfilled the order, not TablioQR.
2. Automatic renewal
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually, as selected at purchase) and are charged to the card on file via Stripe, unless cancelled before the renewal date. Current pricing is always available on the pricing page; we will notify you in advance of any price change affecting your renewal.
3. Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard billing settings (Dashboard → Billing → Manage subscription) or by emailing [email protected] from your account email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle: you keep paid features until that date, and no further charges are made after it. Your menus and data remain available on the free tier after cancellation.
4. No pro-rated refunds
All fees are non-refundable. We do not provide pro-rated refunds or credits for any partial-month subscription periods, unused accounts, or unused features, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly agreed by us in writing.
5. Billing errors and disputes
If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation), contact [email protected] within 30 days of the charge and we will investigate and correct verified errors promptly. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most billing issues are resolved within one business day.
