How delivery works when you order

When a restaurant offers delivery through TablioQR, the entire journey stays on their menu — not a marketplace app.

• Choose Delivery, pick the correct branch, and enter your address.
• TablioQR checks you are inside the restaurant's delivery zone and shows the fee and estimated time before you pay.
• Checkout shows food and delivery as separate lines — you pay the restaurant directly via Stripe.
• The kitchen prepares your order; when couriers are connected, you see live status updates (driver assigned, picked up, on the way).
• You can cancel within a short window before the driver picks up; after that, contact the restaurant.

Food quality, timing, and refunds for the meal are handled by the restaurant. If you were charged incorrectly, email [email protected] with your order ID.
