Refunds, cancellations, and billing

How subscription cancellations and refunds work, and where order refunds are handled.

Subscriptions renew monthly via Stripe and can be cancelled anytime from your dashboard billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle and your menus stay available on the free tier.

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable for partial periods (see the Refund Policy).
  • Refunds for food and beverage orders are handled by the restaurant that fulfilled the order.
  • If you were charged in error, email [email protected] within 30 days and we will investigate.
