Setting up direct delivery for your restaurant

TablioQR lets you accept delivery orders on your direct channel instead of losing 15–30% to marketplace apps.

• Open Dashboard → Branches → select a location → Delivery settings.
• Set your delivery radius, minimum order, and fee (in-house mode), or connect Delivery-as-a-Service (DoorDash Drive / Uber Direct) for live courier quotes.
• Map the branch to the correct POS location so kitchen tickets and courier pickup align.
• Enable delivery per branch — dine-in and pickup keep working independently.

When a guest orders delivery: their address is validated against your zone, they see a live fee and ETA, checkout separates food (your revenue, 0% TablioQR commission) from the delivery pass-through, and the order injects into your POS like any other ticket. After payment, a courier is dispatched automatically when DaaS is enabled.

If courier dispatch fails after payment, the delivery fee is refunded automatically and your team is alerted.
