TablioQR integrates with Square (US, UK, Canada, Australia), Toast (US), Lightspeed Restaurant (US, UK, Canada, Australia), and Clover (US). Guest orders inject into the POS with line items and totals; menus sync from the POS catalog.

How is TablioQR different from DoorDash or Uber Eats?

DoorDash and Uber Eats charge 15–30% commission and own the guest relationship. TablioQR is your direct channel: guests order from your menu and pay you via Stripe, you keep the meal margin, and courier fees show separately at checkout. You can use DoorDash Drive or Uber Direct for dispatch without listing on their consumer apps.

Setting up online table reservations

Enable SMS-verified bookings, configure party sizes and hours, and run your host queue from the dashboard.

TablioQR table reservations are included on Smart Ordering and Multi-Unit Pro — no per-cover booking fee.

Open Dashboard → Reservations → Settings for the branch you want to enable.
Turn on reservations, set minimum and maximum party size, booking window, and slot duration.
Choose which days and times accept bookings; block holidays from branch hours.
Publish — a "Book a table" widget appears on your Discover listing and restaurant page.

When a guest books: they enter party size, date, time, and phone (SMS-verified). The request appears in your host queue as pending. Confirm when you have capacity, seat the party when they arrive, and optionally open their table order in one click so the ticket lands in your POS.

Walk-ins can be added from the host queue without a guest booking. Email confirmations are sent automatically when Resend is configured.
